This Customer had severe damaged done to his ceiling drywall from the property sitting empty and all the windows busted out. We began by removing all the old and damaged drywall on the ceiling and prepped it for new drywall installation. Took out the wall between the Livingroom and the kitchen and made it a nice open doorway, framed in the doorway that went front the kitchen to the dining room and hung new 1/2″ drywall over the framed in doorway. The whole outside wall of the kitchen we scrapped all the old paint chips off and skimmed the entire wall with mud once dried sanded it smooth. Removed the old base cabinets, counter-tops and sink. We also removed all the old plumbing that went to the sink and replaced it with all new abs drainpipe all the way to the stack and new vent pipe that goes up to the attic where it ties in to vent out the roof stack. Also install new water supply lines and shut off valves for the sink. We had to remove all the drywall off the wall where the oven goes because the drywall was deteriorated to badly it needed to be stripped and replaced with new 1/2″ drywall. We ran some new electrical lines to the kitchen, new light switch power source and the power outlet for the fridge and a new 240v outlet for the electric stove. Before we sealed the ceiling back up with new drywall we went ahead and ran the plumbing for the bathroom thats just above the kitchen and ran the exhaust vent for the stove. Once we completed all that we hung our new 1/2″ drywall on the ceiling and finished it by stomping it with mud to match the rest of the ceilings in the house. We began installing the new white base cabinet and counter-tops and topped it off with a brand-new double bay stainless steel sink. We replaced the old wooden windows with new high energy efficient double pane windows. Now all we had left was to add a few coats of some new fresh paint and we were done.
